Omelette

As if a stick had been thrust into an anthill.

"They will receive a just and inevitable punishment, whoever they are, whoever is leading them. To reiterate, we will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists who committed this atrocity, this attack on Russia, on our people." XTwitter

"There is no omelette without breaking some eggs!" a guy called Maximilien de Robespierre is supposed to have once said.

"Throughout his political activity, Robespierre strove to realize the Enlightenment ideals of Jean-Jacques Rousseau as he understood them.
According to Rousseau, all members of a society generate a common will, the volonté générale, by voluntary agreement.

The common will is oriented towards the common good and is always right. It is absolute, even if individuals reject it.
It is not simply the will of the majority, but of those who are virtuous and in possession of the truth.

Anyone who attacks the common will places himself outside the enlightened community.
For Robespierre, this meant that opponents of the Republic could only choose between changing their convictions and death.
The more cruel the government was towards the traitors, the more charitable it was towards the good citizens, Robespierre announced in 1793.
According to him, the reign of terror was a necessary evil in order to prepare the people for the social contract recommended by Rousseau."

Hey.... that somehow sounds very familiar.

"The common will is oriented towards the common good and is always right. It is absolute, even if individuals reject it.
It is not simply the will of the majority, but of those who are virtuous and in possession of the truth."

This could come from the last "Green" party conference, but just as easily from the WEF, the WHO, the Pope...
Actually, ANY current government, political party, NGO, etc. could say something like this.

Those attack victims in Moscow are nothing but a few eggs that had to be smashed to make an omelette for the common good.
It's nothing personal.

It also doesn't really matter who is behind this attack - not even if it was "the Russians" themselves or a certain group within Russia interested in escalating the conflict between East & West.
Maybe this terrorist attack was just a staging within the overall staging... why not, what can you actually rule out these days? Die Hard 2: Die harder - it was just blanks.

In any case, "the Russians" now have carte blanche to really push the pedal to the metal & flatten everything and everyone.
Who can say anything against that? Israel is doing the same thing & the Western community of values is even supplying them with the weapons to do so.

If this war drama in the Ukraine can be ended a few months earlier, it was definitely worth breaking a few eggs for the common good.

No thinking person seriously believes that there is a government or political movement anywhere on this earth, with enough influence and firepower, which is not ready to kill a few hundred, a few thousand and if necessary a few million of their "own people" without batting an eyelid to push through their agenda.
