"In doing so, the Western alliance has opened the door to the country to powers that are less interested in human rights and democracy and more interested in seeking their economic and strategic advantages. While the West flees the country and the Taliban consolidates its power in Kabul, corks are popping in Beijing and Moscow.
Thus, the West loses trustworthiness for future operations. Why should local groups cooperate with the West if they are left out in the cold in the end? In Syria, the U.S. already abandoned the Kurds; now it is the pro-Western part of the Afghan population.
Reliability is often more important in international politics than the type of political system. In Syria, for example, Vladimir Putin proved that he is prepared to keep his promises of protection to the end. That had an international signal effect, just as the Afghanistan disaster will now have for the West." (t-online.de)
So the devil is the one who keeps his promises.
That is good to know.
Further in the text, the same paragraph:
"Further, it will also have consequences for the fight against international terrorism because governments may be less likely to risk domestic conflict if they cannot rely on Western support. And it will have consequences for countries that lean ideologically toward the West but can no longer believe the promises of protection.
In the struggle for ideological dominance, therefore, events in Afghanistan are a serious blow to democracy and human rights."
Those who break their promises are the same ones who are responsible for "democracy and human rights".
This is also good to know.
"Democracy and human rights" means here with "us",
(even if it is tiresome to make these facts clear over and over again)
that your basic human rights say goodbye little by little,
you are locked up for weeks in your home,
forced to walk around with a face mask,
you will be banned from visiting public places (unless you are "vaccinated" or can prove your "health"),
you are not allowed to demonstrate, if not sexually deviant and/or an activist (on the right side, of course)
and so on & so forth.
This list is long & it's getting longer.
"It is likely that the strategic failure of the Western alliance in Afghanistan will also affect the population in Germany and Europe in the medium term. Possibly through problems on the important shipping trade routes in the Gulf, which are exposed to greater risks through less presence of Western forces in the Middle East. Or by the strengthening of Islamist terrorism, whose threat could grow again.
In the short term, the conflict in Afghanistan could trigger a new refugee crisis as many people try to escape from the Islamists and out of fear of death and torture. However, experts' forecasts still differ widely on this point.
A united West could also view a coming crisis as an opportunity to demonstrate joint strength and regain trust. But the infighting among allies on the issue currently makes that unlikely."
Alright.
What would be the logical conclusion from these observations & considerations?
For every western country:
- Wait until Afghanistan has been taken over by the devils in the shape of "the Russians" & "the Chinese".
- Declare war on Afghanistan to then
- immediately capitulate, let itself be occupied by the Taliban & submit to the Sharia.
Result:
- Promises will be kept
- no more terror danger by Islamists
- no more refugees
- secured supply
- enforcement of law & order, security for the citizens
- Covid19 is defeated, freedom for the citizens.
What does "democracy and human rights" have to offer in comparison?
A look at the current news overview....
A no-brainer, I'd say.
Even if t-online has since deleted the "devils".
"THEY pop the corks."
These days, you have to be quick with your screen shots.
